About Us
Since 2017, Design House London has made great strides in the world of interior design. We began as a retail store and studio in the old Bud Gowan building on York Street, in the heart of London. After a couple of years, we found our true niche in full service Interior Design, which is now our primary focus. Creating custom, colourful and curated spaces is what we love to do.
We have built strong partnerships with local contractors and trades to offer full-service design. From the initial consultation to the final setup and photographs, we cater to our client's needs and strive to achieve their design dreams or help them realize what those dreams might look like. We don’t adhere to one style but instead, listen to and work with our clients to bring their vision to life.
Specializing in full service renovations, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Design House London has had the privilege of working within our community on both residential and commercial projects, helping to elevate the face of our beautiful city. We are thrilled to be part of this community and look forward to growing together.
Andrea Bursey
Meet Andrea Bursey! Andrea is a designer whose love for interior design was clear by age seven, predicted even in her eighth-grade yearbook. Born in Chatham, Ontario, and educated in Barrie, Andrea's journey in design has been marked by passion and excellence, graduating with honours and managing a high-end furniture showroom in Toronto. Her adventures around the globe from New Zealand, Australia, Dubai, Italy, England, Ireland, the Caribbean, and to many States have fueled her creativity and brought a world of ideas back to London, her chosen home and the heart between her and her partner's families.
Andrea is a dedicated mother to a lively six-year-old. She loves traveling, enjoying good food, and relaxing by the pool with friends. Having worked in the industry since age 15, her extensive knowledge and meticulous attention to detail complement Tricia’s technical expertise at Design House London. Together, they form an incredible team, dedicated to transforming clients' spaces.
Tricia Tack, ARIDO
Meet Tricia Tack! Tricia was born in London and has lived in London, Nilestown, Dorchester, and Mossley. After over a decade in the Vancouver lower mainland, she's returned to London, her true home. As a wife and mother of two, Tricia balances her busy family life with personal interests in swimming, gardening, and baseball.
Professionally, Tricia is one of only twenty Registered Interior Designers in London. She holds certifications from NCIDQ, is a registered member of ARIDO, and is recognized under the Building Code Act with the MMAH. Tricia excels in creating organized, functional, and intuitive spaces. She enjoys collaborating with Andrea to bring clients' dream spaces to life, and she's passionate about mentoring emerging designers within the community.
